So the Canadian Governement wants to raise the retirement age. Does that mean that boomers will have to work longer? Will the result be even more entitlements for older travellers via the MM and 2MM program because people simply work longer and have a better chance of getting there via business trips?
As a "younger" traveller that gets the stare-down from the boomer class in lounges and across the J aisle, I think that this will adversely affect me. Considering moving to Greece and abandoning my MM quest.
This isn't quite on topic, but I sat next to said baby boomer in J last week, and being the younger traveler, he pulled out the secret armrest cup holder, silently looked at me, and thought he was all that. When the drinks came, I placed it on the regular cupholder part of the armrest. He was visibly upset.
