Am now ensconced in the new lounge and very swanky it is too. Opened this AM so one's timing was impeccable. If rather fortuitous. Early indications are that QR have got it pretty much bang on. Very soliticous service without being in your face. As a long time BA gold card holder this has certainly piqued my interest. If QR extends its network to those paces I habitually go then I may have to make a decision re loyalty.
But first, let's see what the on-board experience is like.
