A limited number of the cards will be available to passengers travelling on H fares and above, but they will not be available until 72min before departure (for SE; 48min before departure for E, 24min before departure for P, not for basic flyers at all).

You will be told to return at the appointed time to claim one of the few available cards. Waitlisting will not possible. And sometimes the gate agent will just start handing them out to whoever happens to be standing in the gate area.
