I'm seeing a lot of this as well. Going over my past 25 stays, I've realized they've shorted me about 4% of my points (not including Diamond Bonus). This is kind of crazy because it seems like this is happening to a lot of people.
As Ric Garrido pointed out in his article a while back:
Hyatt short-changed me 4.85% in base points. What about you?
This is still happening! Something stinks here: Identical stays, identical room rates, identical folio totals -- different point posting amount. I feel like I'm being scammed. Do we have some lawyers on this board? This seems ripe for a class action.
