my wife and daughter flight out on 24th January 2012 from BHX TO DHAKA VIA DUBAI FLIGHT EK038 TIME WAS 2025 FLIGHT DELAY UNTIL 2250 SO THEY MISSED CONNECT FLIGHT TO DHAKA FROM DUBAI.THEY PUT ON NEXT FLIGHT 1300 THAT WAS LATE ANOTHER 1 HOUR IN TOTAL THEY HAD WAIT 7 HOURS, when they arrive Dhaka another 30min late, what i like to know how can i make complain to EK does anyone know they customer affairs email address
