Can I ask why people do this? You signed up for the card, you knew what the annual fee was...don't you feel guilty for reneging on your part of the bargain?

I know they want to retain you, but would you really drop the card if they didn't offer you the reward?

Obviously I'm some sort of freak around here but I just can't get my head around the integrity of it all.
