Just because you weren't aware of your re-routing options doesn't mean the airline is bad. Just means you were not well informed. May want to direct some of that dis-satisfaction at yourself for not knowing your options.

Good luck! (and I feel bad for whatever airline your choose to now support)
Your post is offensive ("totally worhtless post"), and your second paragraph makes no sense. <Personal exchanges redacted by moderator>

No one thinks AA did anything wrong here? Some sympathy to the OP or constructive feedback might move the OP across this so called one hit wonder barrier. Jumping on the OP like that would never get someone on board.

Thank you very much

I am shocked to find out, until this point, you had believed AA stocked enough meals for everyone in first class to have each selection. I was also shocked to find out you were not offered anything to drink, even during meal service. Regading the comparison. It really is apples and oranges. I have a feeling AA isn't really trying to compete with the Emirates and Cathays of this world. Did you think they were?
That straw was getting home, searching AA, and finding a perfectly suitable 4:45pm flight out of Austin, when AA had rescheduled me for 8am, and had told me no afternoon options where available.

Beef meal is the same for First as for Biz - they should serve first class passengers first, or make sure they have meals available. Its first class, tickets cost a fortune.

I hope you don't work for any airline - or for anybody - in business customer service is key for success, and referrals paramount for increasing customer base

Another one - I would like to see if you would have the courage (or even the interest - its easy to be disrespectful with a keyboard) to say "good riddance" in my face if I would have shared this story with you in person
