So do you justify cancelling an afternoon flight and allocating the passenger to a morning flight when another afternoon flight is available??? Because that's what happened to me.
Everytime AA rescheduled it cost me money to change my tickets - airlines should cover that cost
If a passenger pays a premium for a direct flight and is then moved to a non-direct flight, passenger should be refunded premium paid at the time of booking. If impossible to quantify, passenger should be somehow compensated

yes. Never. In fact, american is the only airline that has ever cancelled my flights - i keep a log of all my flights

Maybe because I am more of an international flyer - don't know - I was not aware that regular flight cancellations for domestic flights are the norm

Share a good story, and get some people to give other airlines a shot.
I've gotten many people to join AAdvantage during the past years - its time for me to do the opposite

When service providers do not provide us with proper service its frustrating. Even in the case when there are outside circumstances such as weather. At some point make a decision whether the grass will be greener somewhere else.
When I don't get top notch service in an INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS ticket I get pissed off
