We see several per month here on the AA forum, leading to numerous duplicate threads.
Good idea - please know that although I'm a new member I've been free-riding this forum for the last few years - I just never had anything I believed worth it to share - until now - I've flown a lot of AA first class and business class international, and discovering how bad AA's service compares with some non US airlines was quite impressive

"Dude" please have some respect - some people mind find my post useful. It is judgmental people like you that make those who read forums but don't post not want to post

Cheers.
Good point - but I'm very happy for knowing that better service is the norm in other parts of the world

I will now be a mercenary - no getting married again with any other airline

Broken seat was on Shanghai flight, not GIG - big difference - if you will spend so much time answering an articulated email, please read properly first

Things are better elsewhere - fly Emirates or non-budget Asian airlines

Standards should be pushed higher, not lower

I'd like to manage to not be captive of an Airline anymore just for its mileage program.

Moving to London in half a year - European mileage programs are not good - I was going to stick to AA anyway, but not anymore

I'll see how I can use Amex points to upgrade in different airlines, or just get used to flying coach more often (and save money)
