I flew out on Monday and 2 out of my 3 flights I had the 50% bonus. Thankfully I think the glitch is still around!
The only way you get the 50% bonus is if the agent completely reissues a new ticket, otherwise the mileage will be credited based on the paid fare class.
Doesn't have to be a complete reissue. In both of my experience this past week, only part of my reservation was rebooked into paid F or Y. E.g. flying RDU-ATL-DEN, only the RDU-ATL segment got messed up so I got F/F on that flight, and Q/F on the second flight.
