I'll admit I did have significant issues with my reservation both times, but nothing frequent traveler couldn't handle.
I think what happened is I used the DL Android App to select a new set of flights, and in both cases part of my reservation appeared to been completely cancelled, thus likely why I got rebooked into full F and Y. This is just a guess but I'll gladly accept the outcome; more miles! ^
