This is exceedingly rare. Normally when you are rebooked into F/Y, it retains your original paid fare class and you receive only 100% credit. It posts to your account as Fare Class Paid/Fare Class Flown... for instance: Q/Y.
I have only had one occasion when I received Y/Y. The agent had to reissue the ticket for some reason, and I received the 50% MQM bonus. All other times it has been Paid/Y.
