You could, but I wouldn't bother.

Arrivals lounge in LGW is small with limited food options (pastries and coffee). Plenty of showers available.

I beliveve your arrival in CW would grant you access to the Terraces lounge, which still has showers, and a slightly better food offering (and alcohol if you feel the need)
