Yup, late notice. If I am reading correctly, looks like you are on the cusp of the change back to full service. i.e. leaving Jan 31 when the airport was scheduled to be closed nights and arriving Feb 1 when it is re-opening nights... looks like they have tightened up the scheduling... Feb 2 back to full service?
