Just when you think just maybe things are starting to improve with
customer service at SWA......
Tonight I had an issue booking a new point booking and called the 1-800.
I was transferred to a customer supervisor. She advised me the phone reps
are on a strict 5 minute deadline per call. I asked has this always been the
case and was informed this is SWA's new policy.
Be aware, you are golden for 5 minutes only.
