I've been in the system for about 3 years. Lately I've noticed that a finger or two is showing up as "marginal". Previously the lowest I've had was
good . I always enter the US at JFK T8 (AA). I did not get the dreaded
"X".
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Are they not cleaning the glass enough?
PS: I've been diagnosed with "carpal tunnel", but my doctor says that that should not affect fingerprints.
Rub your fingertips across your forehead right before your put your fingers on the glass. The oil that is naturally present on the skin of your forehead will make the fingerprints stand out more prominently.
