They are going to HKG 4 times a week on QF127/128 (SYD-HKG, day flight northbound). QF announced it on 10 November and it started from 15 January.
HKG as an QF A380 destination was predicted here some time ago, but it was assumed to be QF29/30 on MEL-HKG-LHR.
QF now has 12 A380's (11 active) operating on QF9/10 [daily], 11/12 [daily], 31/32 (soon to be 1/2) [daily], 93/94 [daily] and 127/128 [4 weekly]. I would guess that once OQA is back online (currently expected late march), HKG will become daily.
