Everything else does not really happen alot to me, or at least I could live with. But this, almost always the coffee maker and cups, utensils are dirty, be it a low end inn type or downtown high end hotels (High end for me would be normal business hotels, so not that high end), especially in US. Of course it does happen anywhere in the world, but I think that consideration for these petty(?) details are one virtue many hospitality services around here are missing.
