Consider flying into Tampa instead of SRQ. A multi-stop itinerary is about $511 ai on DL:

2/21 DTW-MSY 6:30 AM - 10:25 AM
2/21 MSY-ATL-TPA 7:00 PM - 11:39 PM
2/24 TPA-MEM-DTW 6:30 AM - 11:26 AM
