You must have misread my post?

I was shortchanged by a dodgy operator. What does this say about the airport that allowed that dodgy operator to operate? Dodgy.

Anyone that says that Bali is NOT corrupt (in a general sense e.g. Police and other authorities) is clearly misguided.
