That is the same price that is offered to me on Award Accelerator right now (as Gold, if that makes any difference). They certainly could be worth it to you if you have some specific flight in mind you want to book with miles, but I wouldn't purchase the miles now unless you had a known purpose for them. It's certainly not a terrible deal though if you are pretty sure you'll have a good use for them.
No particular use which is why I was debating. Sitting on 90k right now, plus 110k chase points; with no real plans to use them; I've never booked award travel ;p
AA is offering me 2cpm, which is less than I thought it was giving me before because of the country I'm in now ... maybe. or it's just 2cpm for everyone.
