We flew LAX-LIH on the 757 in first a little over a year ago. (Actually was part of MKE-MSP-LAX-LIH-LAX-DTW-MKE, but that's another story) Used miles to upgrade for an anniversary trip.
They did show a movie on the overhead video. Seats were comfortable for this length of flight. Of course they are not lay-flat so it depends on how well you can sleep in the recliners for the red eye back east. I'm 6'4" so it was much more enjoyable than sitting in coach.
Don't know about the 767. I would think the 330 is more comfortable, but I believe DL only flies this on ATL-HNL now. Lots of unhappy customers in MSP since DL eliminated the MSP-HNL direct on the 330.
