Still not good enough. The DOT rule should have required that all advertisements and published listings for airline fares list the total price with all taxes and mandatory fees AND baggage fees. Its not enough to require airlines to merely "print information about baggage allowances and fees on the e-ticket confirmation". Baggage fees are an unfair revenue gimmick that is most likely to catch the infrequent traveler (who need the most protection from DOT rules) off-guard. Its also gives the airlines a bad reputation for nickel & diming travelers.
