I sometimes receive an email about a schedule change and have no way of knowing what the flight times used to be, as I often don't have the original email and only see what is on my AA.com page. The changes are usually minor, but it would be nice to know how big a change was made.
Simple. Save the emails now that you know there might be a need for them. Works 100% of the time.
