I found a similar issue (apparent DST disconnect, not direct flight related). Beginning Sunday Nov 4, 2012 the time between UA869 SFO-HKG arrival and UA117 HKG-SIN departure changes from 1:25 to 0:20. This continues to the end of available dates and I assume it is driven by the DST "fall back" on 11/4.

Is DST that difficult a subject for schedule makers?
