I have stayed at this hotel many times.

It is by far one of the nicest Hyatt Place (well they all are the same but staff can make the difference and they do here).

Some observations:
- First for breakfast, it looks the same as other Hyatt Places but they do have Biscuits and Gravy!
- Staff is very friendly and wants to be sure customer needs are met.
- If your room is too noisy, get a room on 2nd or 3rd floor and you should be OK. Let's face it, you are at a Airport Hotel.
- Shuttle drivers are the most friendly and ready to go when you are! I like that.
