Noticed my account had been changed this morning. Is it just me or are you constantly having to ask if there are any room upgrades when you check-in here lately? Recently went to a property were I always get an upgrade, checked in forgot to ask. No upgrade looked online rooms everywhere called downstairs they moved me to an ocean view no questions asked.
