Sky club attendent in DTW gave me a voucher for a hotel that had a one and a half star user rating on TripAdvisor. When I told her my colleagues had previously been put up by Delta in the airport Westin, she flat out lied and said that that never happens. Went to the irops desk where they at least had the decency to tell me that Delta's room block at the Westin was full for the night. Plenty of non-Delta rooms though, so I once again booked one myself.
