Well in that case I thought the agent could 'push' the UG thru and confirm in U. So one wouldn't need to wait for a sweep if inside the 120 hour window.
I called and they manually upgraded both of us. You know it would be much easier on everyone if they could just push through the after the fact companions upgrade instead of removing and re-applying the upgrade request
