(Amost) everyone hates the TSA; as best I can tell, what makes the job more 'brutal' than other jobs that are more physically and mentally taxing is that their feelings are hurt on a regular basis like, for example, when someone doesn't respect their authoritay.
I believe TSA could turn its image around in six months to a year if, and its a big if, TSA had an effective leader.
