1) Call reservation to have your wife's name added to the reservation
2) You check in first to get the potential upgrade
3) Have your wife check in as well, ask front desk to create a separate folio
4) At check out, ask the hotel to post all room charges to your wife's folio
5) Immediately thereafter, ask to pay the folio with card of your choice (if there's no corporate/company card requirement for reimbursement)
