I rented an avis car to florida. I'm pretty sure (not 100% though) I paid all tolls in cash. However, avis charged me $1*3 toll fees + $10/week*2week convenience fees w/ an email saying I ran 3 tolls: OKEECHOBEE, BIRD ROAD NB ORT LITE, and HOMESTEAD NB.

Can I ask for proof from avis? If I really ran tolls, is it possible for avis to partially waive the convenience fees? Anybody could share some experience? Thanks in advance!
