Indeed, it is almost as if you are inviting more public scorn.

I can't believe it's harder to recruit TSOs in 'remote' areas than it is to hire ground staff and baggage handlers. I would be surprised if the airline pay and benefits in 'remote' areas was as good as what TSOs get.
I don't understand how checkpoint duty or baggage screening is more 'brutal' than baggage handling or ground crew duties.
