I think this is worth its own post. For years now, it has not been possible to switch seats online to a bassinet seat, once they open up at T-72.

This puts one to the unnecessary inconvenience (for the pax and BA) of having to call up. Often the less experienced CS agents do not know how to do it, and one has to talk them through it; sometimes after having wasted time arguing with them about whether it can be done at all.

Why is this sooooooo difficult to fix ??
