If you happen to have a German Golden M&M Credit Card then sometimes it can give you access to the LH Business lounges + guest. It always works for me in LHR BMI lounge, whereas in MUC/FRA I tried it once and the dragon gave me the look of hell

But in general FTL + NO guest.
