I had the same problem and just got off the phone with the OnePass Sevice Center. They said there was an issue with LH changing the classes they would give miles for, but never told CO. Said that they had so many complaints about it that they are going to go ahead and give the credit.

She filled out a form to submit to a team set up for this purpose. I've been trying to get these miles credited for almost 2 months, so not sure that I really believe they will actually appear in my account. Time will tell.

So my advice is to call them back, insist that they give you the credit by submitting the form. Good luck
