I'm thinking about renting a car from Hertz in Arizona and driving it back to Ohio to return it a couple weeks later. I get a quote of $700 on Hertz using my AAA discount, but I see that their T&C says "Fees for one-way will be assessed at time of booking." Does this mean that the quote does not include a potentially large one-way fee?
