That's an extremely serious allegation (and, if communicated to third parties, defamation per se). I did save all conversations on my iPhone. Not sure if it's a good idea to post, but part of it goes like this.
Myself: "You can't deny me boarding if I'm on a paid ticket".
Customer Relations: "We can when you are being accused of a Felony".
Myself: "I'm not being accused of anything".
Customer Relations: "If this is related with Security, it's a felony".
...???
Any how, The Security Analyst has been very reasonable, polite, helpful. Customer Relations has not.
I have no doubt this was an IT glitch problem, but I want to be compensated or I will make this a real matter. They did not pay for my Hotel as I don't even live in Belo. So had to take a long ride back home.
