Tony2x, your review is outstanding! I wish I had seen a post like that before my first trip to London.

Here is my bottom-line...and two cents worth:
-Best quality and location (and updated)= Le Meridien
-Largest room, decently priced (pts & $), and very quiet location=Sheraton Park Tower
-No brainer if money wasn't an issue-The Lanesborough

Due to how nice and quiet the neighborhood (Belgravia) is and its proximity to everything on Knightsbridge or Sloan Square, we almost always choose The Park Tower. There are a few very old pubs that are in the most out of the way locations (in a few of the Pews (alley ways). This is another reason why I like this location. My wife and daughter can hang out in the room and watch a movie. In the meantime, I can grab a quick pint (or two), with almost all locals, at one of these pubs. If I did not have a friend who found them through a London based friend, I would have never known about them...or found them. It was even hard with a map. Good luck! London is a lovely city.
