I am helping a friend find a flight from Mexico City to Seattle on March 12th and I found the very efficient UA 820. There is a 10 minute plane change in SFO from a A320 to a 757. I called UA reservations twice about how are they going to switch planes in 10 minutes. They couldn't provide an answer so I thought I would see if any UA experts in FT-land could.

It's obviously going to take more than 10 minutes and he probably won't be maximizing miles with the same flight number. Just curious why UA would show this in their schedule.
