OK, not looking at the private lounges (i.e. FRA/LH FCT or SQ/TPR SIN) some nice *gold lounges which are accessible and comfortable are (not necessarily in perfect order but always appreciated):

1) Thai Airways HKG
2) Lufthansa Senator (Schengen) MUC
3) CLT US Airways
4) YUL MLL (International)
5) SYD Air New Zealand
6) SQ Lounge BKK- although no washrooms inside
7) ZRH SEN lounge (new Pier ex Schengen)
8) Pier B FRA Lounge SEN (ex Schengen- new lounge)
9) RCC (oops- United Club) HKG
10) LAX * alliance lounge (actually it is not that nice- just better than the grim alternative of the terminal and has free internet and a nice view of the tarmac and some AA maintenance facilities)
