But they will not deal with the fact that your body clock is 5 hours behind local time. So you will still find the same difficulty in falling asleep at your usual bedtime, and the same difficulty in getting up at a conventional (local) time in the morning because your body is screaming at you that it's only 3 am and it really wants to be asleep at that moment.
