I know there's a thread about getting the bonus points and how to get the certificate. However, has anyone really been able to use it? If so what was the situation? Did you pay full price for the car? Has anyone else tried and gotten it rejected? As you can imagine I'm very frustrated that they didn't accept mine. I'm afraid there's no value in it since they can negotiate the price of the car and then say they have already used some other certificate program.
