I would agree with this. WN needs to be a lot more flexible with just what you could use that coupon for: premium, non-alcoholic drinks, real food (if they would start to carry it, etc).

I defend WN quite a bit, but if they are truly going to cater to biz travelers, they need to offer more things that biz travelers want.
