(1) What is your home airport? NBO
(2) What types of fares do you usually buy?
unknown work is paying
(3) How many miles do you usually fly each year?
I will be traveling 50-70% of time I am not sure how many miles. I will be taking Kenya Airways more often, but will need a *A FFP to cover miles earned on Ethiopian and South African when applicable. If I am going to earn status it will be with Flying Blue or SkyMiles (and that is a whole other conversation about whether I should switch). Thus my main goal is just to collect the miles because I doubt I will be able to get status.
(4) Do you have any kind of status at present? What is it?
I have no status
(5) What is most important to you in a FFP?
good award redemption rates and credit for miles flown as many fares as possible
(6) Which routes do you fly most often?
all over Africa, if a country has refugees, there is a chance I could be going there (with the exception of North Africa). I will earn miles when I work in South Africa and Ethiopia and fly routes not covered by Kenya Airways
(7) Preferred Airlines
I do not like Egyptair's program nor Lufthansas, however I am pretty open to all others. I have looked at American Carriers and African ones, South African's Voyager seems at initial glance to be better than Ethiopian's Shebamiles. Neither airline has a lot of codeshare agreements with other African airlines though.
(8) Do you travel for work or pleasure? Most of my miles will come from work, though I do travel for pleasure.
