There are a lot of people who complain on here about ridiculous things. This is one of the most credible complaints I have seen. It's a joke that DL would offer a 100 ecert. I agree that for a mech issue, DL should have found a J seat on another airline. Good luck pbj. Let us know when u hear back about the refund and additional compensation.
