I wrote to MR CS for switching the fall megabonus, and I got a reply saying that, 'we will make an exception this time so that you can earn a cert for every 2nd stay'.

Then I read here at FT that I should contact Marriott Concierge and I did. Marie changed Mr. Nacho into 3 certs after 6 stays without an issue!
