I always have trouble making the 20 nights in 4Q, and have never had an issue with getting mine reversed to free nights. (or whatever alternate promo happened to be). in fact, the overide was done this week, and 2 posted.

I was told they will not do it until after promo is over to insure one gets full credit for the alternate - OR- perhaps unexpectedly qualifies for the original offer. Which I thought was ridiculous- until it actually happened to me. Go figure.
