Perhaps the guy meant that he was assigned to a different seat in F, but since the cabin was so empty he chose to move to row 3.


I highly, highly doubt he could have given himself a Delinquent-Flyer Upgrade without the FA noticing, especially if the cabin was sparsely populated.
