Presumably you refer to business class.

It is consistently a 777-200ER according to flight24... so you could say it is a 'new' seat, it is the basically standard 777 pod seat with larger screen than the -200's.

In economy all seats have PTV with audio video on demand.

Can't comment on the service since I have never flown to Brussels.
